We have small granddaughters so this house was perfect. The lake was quiet, the neighbors and other lake residents were very friendly. The house was spacious, plenty of room for seven adults and four kids. Bonus points for the Village having pickleball courts about ten minutes away. Definitely would stay again!

The house needs some updates and the lights switches need labeled. We never figured out how to get the lights above the dining table on. The outdoor deck needs new cables but that wasn't a huge issue for us, but could see it being unsafe for young kids.

Pros - Fantastic House with alot of character. We were 3 families with small children and we all had plenty of room. Kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you will need . We all slept amazing . Beds are very comfortable.
Kids had a blast swimming in the lake every afternoon. The men enjoyed fishing as well.
Cons - property management- you can only enter through one entrance , however being from out of state and not knowing the area our GPS would bring us to other gates . The security guards are NOT nice and understanding when you are lost and just trying to get back to your vacation home. At one point a Guard got out of their vehicle and yelled at us with a screaming child in the back that we were entering into the wrong gate.
Another con is the communication about House rules. When we had an overflowing trashcan, I called the property management office and I was advised “ it is clearly written on the trashcan when to put the trash cans to the road”. I did apologize for not reading the trashcan. She did quickly get maintenance to come pick up trash.
