This property was perfect for our needs. We went with our adult children and my in laws. The home is older but was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the water front and caught so many brim we had a fish fry and were releasing after the first day. Hot Springs Village amenities were amazing from a beach, hiking trials, pickleball courts, golf, and much more fun for all ages! The area was beautiful!! Although we did have some issues with communication, cleanliness and some items in need of repair I would stay here again.

Property upon stay was not clean. The details regarding the outside bedroom was not clear. We searched for the extra room. The house was spacious. Just needed a good cleaning. Felt like it had been cooped up a while
