Enjoy the massive hot tub while listening to the continuous mountain streams next to you. Heated bathroom floor, heated bidet, instant water heater, and SOFT water! We made sure to create a luxurious and intimate space to match the magic of Sundance!

The A-Frame has designated sleeping areas. The downstairs features a cozy sitting area, with a Murphy queen bed and frame TV, with the full bathroom featuring a walk in shower, and heated floors.
The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining.
The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds).
Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.
Seasonal dining table/chairs is outdoors only* there are food trays (under main level couch) for you to enjoy meals in the comfort of multiple seating areas throughout the A-Frame.

Stunning views, magical little wooded neighborhood, super quiet. Loved the kitchen and the ice maker! The hot tub was a huge fan favorite and the weather was perfect for it. The heated floors in the bathroom were heavenly. I am a huge fan of the bidet, in general, so the fancy toilet was a definite plus, but it was hard to keep the pesky septic tank smell from seeping into the main floor bedroom and sometimes even up to the second floor. Temperature swings from one floor to the next were dramatic. Pro tip: Take the wreath off the front door and move the front porch furniture away from the windows. An aggressive Robin woke us up the first morning around 6am with wing slaps that sounded like someone was throwing pebbles at the doors and windows. He still managed to land on the tiny window ledge and wake me up the next morning but he left much sooner than he did the day before (my wife slept upstairs the second night because of the septic tank smell on the main floor, however, I feel like I managed to control it just by keeping the door shut and the bathroom fan on--but that leaves the light on too). This place was great, and magical and perfect for our needs, but we will not be returning until the septic tank situation is resolved.

We had a lovely stay at Sundance A-Frame. It was exactly as described. I loved the cute touches and how updated the property is. The setting is beautiful and the sound of the brook nearby is so peaceful. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. We walked to Sundance Resort every day. I would recommend this property to anyone without mobility issues.
