You will fall in love with the soft sound of the stream passing by while the wild turkeys call to each other. This home is surrounded by beautiful large pines and serenity that is rare to find. The decks are a great place to spend the evening after a long hike or a day on the river. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a great day of skiing or hiking. Big Pine Canyon is one of the most unique and beautiful areas in Sundance.

The home was really great. My only suggestion would be to turn on the radiant heat system several hours before guests arrive, especially in the colder months.

came to Sundance for a wedding and found this property that you can walk to Sundance resort . Rhett the owner was beyond hospital. we loved the beautiful peaceful cabin on the street you can hear the river run through . so great the have the hiking trails and restaurants you can walk to - did a cold plunge in the river . this beauty of the area was so peaceful I feel renewed. house has everything for cooking , playing games , bed very comfy . hot tub was amazing We will be back !

This is our second time staying at this home and for good reason. It is a great house in a great location. The sound of the creek and the towering pines add to the charm of this secluded enclave. The house has everything you need. A relaxing seat on the deck is the perfect way to start or end the day--or both. The home has three levels with plenty of room to spread out or find a private spot to detach. Thanks again, Rhett. We all enjoyed our stay--again.
