About this house rental
The red brick house, built in 1910, was recently completely renovated and offers approximately 100 square meters of living space. In the open living area, light-colored clay plaster and ash wood flooring create a pleasant atmosphere. A large dining table seats ten people. In the cozy seating area, you can relax wonderfully while reading a book or watching TV. A foosball table in the living area invites you to a friendly match.
The kitchen, equipped with a large gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, is very well-appointed. The two bedrooms open off the living area and each feature a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, 2 x 80 cm x 200 cm). The bright and spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and towel warmer, is finished with white marble and river pebbles.
The living area opens onto the terrace, which features a fire pit and grill. The view stretches across the large garden all the way to the horizon. There’s plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, relaxing, and grilling (approx. 2,000 square meters). Garden furniture and two lounge chairs provide space for dining and relaxing outdoors.
Special features: The large property is only partially fenced (please inquire about pets). The house is a summer home and is rented only from May through September. It does not have central heating. On cool evenings, a small wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth, as do two portable infrared heaters. On the property, away from the house, there is a tool shed that is accessed only by our employee to feed the two “mouse hunters” (cats) that often stay there.
Haus Seegang can also be rented together with the adjacent house, Landgang, accommodating 8–9 people in total (vacation rental 5314549).
The Salzhaff, with its beautiful natural beach, is within easy walking distance. It’s ideal for both active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. Numerous water sports options for beginners and advanced participants are available, such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and SUP. Walks along the beach, far from mass tourism, let you forget the stress of everyday life. The location right on the Baltic Sea Coast Cycle Route is perfect for bike tours and hikes.
Numerous shopping options are available in Neubukow, 5 km away. Day trip destinations such as the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, the island of Poel, and the cathedral in Bad Doberan are easily accessible. The well-known seaside resorts of Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, and Rerik are also within easy reach.
