Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private bedrooms, loft, living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. You’ll also have access to on-site parking (limit of 2 cars), nearby walking trails, and all of Holiday Valley’s summer amenities just minutes away.

The Neighborhood:
Located in SnowPine Village, this condo sits right next to the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley, offering one of the best locations for both convenience and mountain access. In the summer, you’re just steps from scenic trails and a short drive to Holiday Valley’s Spruce Lake, Sky High Adventure Park, and mountain coaster.

The village of Ellicottville is just a few minutes away by car, where you’ll find locally owned shops, restaurants, breweries, and year-round events. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventure or a quiet retreat, this location delivers the best of both worlds.

Getting Around:
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with restrictions during ski season and on select holiday weekdays. In winter, a free shuttle runs hourly to the main Holiday Valley Lodge, so you can get around the resort without needing to drive. The Sunrise lift is just a short walk away, and downtown Ellicottville is a 5-minute drive for restaurants, shops, and events.

Other Things to Note:
- There are stairs from the parking lot down to the unit
- The loft is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase
- The loft is open to the living area and may not be suitable for small children
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles during ski season and on select holiday weekdays
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice
- A free hourly shuttle runs to the main Holiday Valley Lodge during ski season
