The Space:

A beautifully updated three-story townhome across from Holiday Valley, offering space, comfort, and a layout that works beautifully for two families or a large group of friends. With four private bedrooms and three full bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of room to hang out together and space to relax when you need it.



Main floor:

The front door opens to the kitchen and dining area, a bright and practical space for cooking and gathering. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, crockpot, blender, electric griddle, and full cookware. The dining table seats seven, with another table for four available in the basement.



From the dining area, two steps lead down to the living room overlooking the main lodge at Holiday Valley. This space includes a 65" Roku TV, a couch, loveseat, and two chairs. A door leads to the patio, which offers a table, chairs, and an electric grill.



A Queen bedroom and a full bathroom are just off the living room, perfect for guests who may want to limit the use of stairs.



Upper level:

Head upstairs and you’ll find the primary bedroom with a King bed, premium luxe mattress, blackout curtains, and a Roku TV.



A bunk room is down the hall with two custom Queen-over-Queen bunks, each with extra headroom, privacy curtains, reading lights, and its own Roku TV in each bunk. A skylight brightens the room, and a reading nook adds a quiet retreat. A full bathroom serves both upper bedrooms.



Lower level:

Head down to the basement and you’ll find a second living room with a large Roku TV, a sofa, a round table, a wall-mounted arcade machine with over 6,200 games, board games, and the Nex Playground—an active, motion-based gaming system fun for kids and adults.



A kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and beverage fridge adds convenience for snacks and movie nights.



Two sliding glass doors—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—open to ground-level green space.



The bedroom on this level has a King bed with a high-quality luxury mattress. A full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, private toilet room, and stacked washer and dryer. The living room closet holds boot dryers for winter gear.



With two living rooms, ample dining space, and a full bathroom on each level, the home is comfortable in every season—whether you’re skiing, hiking, golfing, swimming, or enjoying festivals and fireworks. 🚗 Year-round: The village is just 1.5 miles away. You can drive, walk, or bike, and rideshares are usually available on weekends.

🚌 Winter: A free shuttle takes you straight to the main lodge.

🌞 Summer: You can walk to the pools, golf course, and other resort amenities.
