About this apartment rental
Do you want a beautiful condo overlooking the golf course, is situated on Bon Secour Bay, has country club amenities, and is only a few minutes drive to the Gulf of Mexico beaches? It's also only 3 minutes to Pine beach, which is a quiet, public beach. (The amenities: Indoor heated pool and large outdoor pool overlooking the first fairway, the exercise room, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are paid by the Guests daily, at the Tennis pro shop. We, as hosts, will pay up to $100 for its use for a 7 night stay; however, you have to let us know what day you want.)
The Peninsula at the Links Unit E202 is a beautiful Villa with views from the second floor screened-in balcony of the captivating scene of the lake, the number one fairway of the 27 hole Golf Course and is located on Bon Secour Bay. There is an abundance of nature, with lovely trees that line the entrance to the Peninsula. It is serene; however, minutes away there are Gulf-side beaches, recreation, trails, concerts, night life, shopping, etc. --- fun for the whole family! The Peninsula offers a championship golf course, tennis, pools; beautiful lakes and lovely landscaping. The club offers a beautiful Golf Course with three 9-hole options: The Marsh, the Lakes, and the Cypress. There is an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch, along with a bar. Across from the Villa to the right of the "The Preserve" is a boardwalk that is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge Extended pier in Bon Secour Bay with excellent sunset viewing. Bring your bikes as there is a direct bicycle path on the property leading to 28 miles of paved bike trails and boardwalks along Fort Morgan Road and the Back Country Trail.

The condo was very nice with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The pool ,tennis and pickleball is only available to you for one day included in the price, it is $100 a day extra if you want to go to the pool. I didn't find that clear in the description.
