Welcome to your perfect Florida getaway! This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in South Venice offers comfort, privacy, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The home features a spacious split floor plan with an open living area, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room includes a Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a walk-in closet , TV with Fire stick and private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.
A full hallway bathroom with a bathtub serves the second and third bedrooms.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to the large screened lanai featuring your own private heated swimming pool, comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella, and a gas grill. The spacious, fully fenced backyard provides privacy and plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach.

Pool Heat Information
Pool heat is available October through March only.
Cost: $20 per day.
Pool heat must be requested at the time of booking.
Requests made after check-in will incur a $45 pool heat activation fee, in addition to the daily heating charge.
Please note: The pool light is currently not operational.
Grill Use
Please clean the grill after each use. If the grill is left uncleaned, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

This home is supplied by a private well and is equipped with a water softener. While the water is suitable for bathing and everyday household use, we recommend drinking bottled water during your stay.
Septic System:
This home is on a septic system. Please flush only human waste . Do not flush wipes (including those labeled "flushable"), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, or any other items, as they can damage the septic system and result in costly repairs.

I definitely recommend using this location if you’re looking for something with a family friendly atmosphere and amazing privacy for unbelievable comfort while feeling like you are at your own home! 10/10 my kids are saying and my wife and I 100% agree.

This property is in an ideal location for beaches and shopping. The patio/pool area is lovely with a nice BBQ but needs several repairs for the ceiling fan, chair and broken screens. The open concept is very nice and as noted in a previous comment, the dining chairs are quite uncomfortable. The beds are very comfortable. We had a problem with the freezer breaking. A technician was not available until the next day. Luckily we changed the setting to colder and it worked until we were leaving- then broke again.

Great space! Perfect for relaxing after the beach - Loved the split floor plan with Primary bedroom on one side and other bedrooms on the other! Pool was clean and lots of fun!

Fact: Age 75 for both, Bad knees, Have rented many condos and villas prior to this trip.Good Points: Keurig worked, Weber Grill worked, but I had to buy a tank of gas.Problem areas: 1. Master Bathroom Shower floor extremely slippery, slopes to drain in middle of floor, no flat standing, and MOLDY. No bathroom safety bars. 2. Pool was nice, BUT: No pool rail to get in out of pool, it was not easy for us, used pool only a few times. 3. Furniture is outdated, not comfortable. If you have a back problem, you still will have a problem,. If you don't have a back problem, you may have when you leave. 3. The house needs a lot of maintenance work, windows difficult to open or broken, extremely dirty, fans I had to go on a 4 step stool to adjust or turn on fans, light over stove does not work, water filter on refrigerator needs to be changed.Would I rent this house again.NO. Will I come back to Venice, Florida, NO.
