Conveniently situated in the heart of Rock, you are just a short walking distance from the family-friendly beach where you can participate in an array of water sporting facilities. How about nipping across by boat to the nearby popular harbour town of Padstow, or taking a short drive to the fishing village of Port Isaac? Maybe you'd like to don your walking attire and set off from the doorstep to explore the stunning coast path which will lead you to the golden sands of Daymer Bay or Polzeath.
Arriving at Tresithney you will find plenty of parking. Then, take a step through to the impressive entrance to find a light-filled living area, decorated in calming neutral tones. The open-plan, modern kitchen is well equipped for entertaining at home and the lounge areas offer comfy sofas for you to relax whilst looking out over the garden. Slide back the doors and spill out onto the balcony to reveal the stunning estuary views. Next to the lounge is a separate study area, a quiet space for you to concentrate on work if required.
This stunning house offers ample entertainment options - whether you're in the mood for sitting back and having a natter on the fun-styled sofas whilst the log fire crackles in the background or spending time in the vibrantly decorated and spacious games room where you could play some pool, ping pong, or grab a board game? All five plush bedrooms can be found downstairs, each complete with an ensuite or bathroom. Each bedroom has its own patio doors which allow you to step straight onto the terrace and pool area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst the sun rises over the house.
The heated swimming pool is open from May half term to the end of September and adjoins the lawned garden and terrace, creating a relaxing space to enjoy alfresco drinks and dining.
