About this chalet rental

A delightful holiday home set on an attractive park in North Cornwall, this timber-clad lodge makes a splendid choice for larger parties. Sleeping ten guests, the five-bedroom, single-storey retreat nestles close to the shores of the Camel Estuary, 2.5 miles from Rock and 3.5 miles from Wadebridge. From the site, guests can stroll 500 metres down a footpath to the water’s edge or can pack a picnic and beach gear before heading off to a nearby beach. Picture-postcard Porthilly Cove, 3 miles away, is perfect for those seeking a quiet beauty spot, while Polzeath, 5 miles away, is great for surfing. Rock Beach, 4.5 miles away, is known for its long golden sands and blue waters. Organise a group trip across the estuary on the pedestrian ferry to Padstow, with its independent shops and seafood restaurants. Venture 12 miles to Bodmin Moor to walk or cycle through its unique landscapes.

Wander inside this generous retreat to find welcoming accommodation with ample space for all. Leave your shoes, coats and beach bags in the hall, then make your way into the pretty kitchen, well-equipped for cooking up lovely meals for the group. Gather round the stylish table in the dining room to share your feasts. While away happy evenings together socialising in the wonderful lounge, with plenty of comfortable seating and charming decor. Gather in here for movie nights in front of the Smart TV as well. When it is time to retire for the night, there are two lovely double bedrooms and two inviting twin rooms to choose from for adults, while the younger members of your party will adore the cosy bunk bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with freestanding bath and shower and, a second shower room with electric shower and W/C.

Spend time in your private garden on sunny days, perhaps relaxing in the hot tub. Dine at the picnic table on warm evenings and watch the children race about on the lawn. Head over to the shared indoor heated pool (open between April - end of October) for a swim, or the shared games room for entertainment. There is private parking for 2 cars adjacent.
