The view and the staff
Needs a little maintenance and some better explanations as to how to use things. A washing machine would be terrific.

Emergency booking but was lovely. Staff in main pub friendly and helpful. Accommodation was not fancy but very homely and had everything we needed for short stay.
Amazing deck at front with view over beach was a reason to go back again.
Nothing except that we couldn't stay longer.

Great location, within walking distance to the beach.
The property is spacious and has everything that we needed for the stay.
The taps in the bathroom were stiff and difficult to close.

Location and views are great. Parking was ample and we have lovely meals in the restaurant.
The rooms were tired and uncomfortable and in need of significant TLC to match the pricepoint. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean but otherwise the cleanliness was poor.
