Location excellent parking amazing Beds comfortable Upstairs rooms uninhabitable in hot weather Kitchen well equipped Lounge seating adequate but we were 4 not enough seats if we were a party of 8 Showers excellent

Facilities No welcome pack on arrival No toilet rolls on arrival Very cheap small towels bring your own Poor exterior furniture and uncomfortable that was there Generally the owner needs to up their game on supply of facilities and outdoor furniture a bbq would be nice Sykes cottages took ages to respond to reply to messages Second set of keys would be useful
