We had silver fish in the front double bedroom. Hope place was a little bit damp and in need of a good deep clean. Cobwebs and the bathrooms were a little tired & grubby.

Within walking distance to a beach as well as local shops and restaurants ( take a torch if walking down to Rock at night!)It was very peaceful. After walking the South West Coast Path all day it was lovely to return to a warm, comfortable house.

Hand wash or soap in the bathroom would have been good. Somewhere to put toothbrushes near the basin would have been useful as we had to put them on the window sill.

Fantastic house in a lovely location.

A really nicely presented house with lovely views from the balcony. The photos don’t do it justice, especially the main room which is stunning with the high ceiling and views. The beds were really comfy with real feather pillows and duvets and clean white sheets. The kitchen was well equipped with more than enough plates, glasses and cutlery. The house is really close to all the shops in Rock but a bit of a trek to the beach and restaurants - and uphill on the way back. parking is only £5 for the whole day so we drove down after the first time walking. that was fine as not too busy at end of June but probably fills up early in the school holidays. We caught the ferry to Padstow a couple of times which goes really close to carpark.

An information booklet would have been useful.
