Positioned between Polzeath and St Minver, this serene setting is where you'll find The Summerhouse. With sleeping accommodations for twelve guests, it's been beautifully furnished throughout, creating the perfect haven for families and groups seeking the ultimate Cornish getaway.
The ground floor hosts a charming sitting room, boasting cosy sofas, a TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric cooker, an American-style fridge/freezer with an ice/water dispenser, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a steam oven. The dining area comfortably caters to twelve guests, creating the perfect setting for memorable group meals. Connected to the dining area is the conservatory, extending the seating space and providing direct access to the patio. Conveniently placed on this floor is the utility room, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for added ease. Bedroom three, furnished with a double bed, offers an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous roll-top bath, wash basin, and WC. Additionally, a shower room and a separate cloakroom with a wash basin and WC complete the ground-floor amenities. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom one presents a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, complemented by its own balcony that grants beautiful views.
