It houses six bedrooms complete with a second-floor king-size bed with an en-suite, a second-floor double, a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin bedroom. On the first-floor you will also find a family bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a sitting/dining room, a kitchen area and a games room. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed courtyard. Chy-an-Brae is an outstanding base for exploring Newquay.
