About this house rental

Located in the desirable Kay/Catherine neighborhood of Newport! This luxury home designed by famous architects Peabody and Stearns was originally built in 1876. Custom renovation completed in Jan 2023. Enter through the Grand foyer and your eyes will delight in the coffered ceilings, magnificent staircase and beautiful original millwork. Walk the spacious 1st floor living area, perfect for entertaining, complete with private library/ home office. Gather on the large elegant covered porch or at the private pool. Walk to town or the beach. This home is a true Newport jewel! Please note that due to City of Newport ordinances, we have a 30 day minimum.
