About this apartment rental
Charming two-bedroom near downtown Newport and the beaches! The condo is located on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator). Once inside it has two levels connected by a spiral staircase. The condo has two-bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Fully furnished, with appliances. There is are air conditioners in each room for the warm summer months! Laundry facilities are also available onsite, and there is even a one car slot for off-street parking! You can easily walk to all the restaurants and the historic waterfront.

This condo was an excellent stay! The condo looked much bigger than the pictures. The place had a lot of local character and slept 4 very comfortably. The apartment is within walking distance to Washington / Thames st. Would love to stay again!

I was in town for a wedding and this accommodation was perfect. Location is very convenient to the main town and attractions. The host was super communicative and made my stay very enjoyable. A great option if you’re looking for something more affordable and spacious than a hotel room.

It was so nice to find a reasonably priced place to stay so close to Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf. We parked our car and walked to shops and restaurants.
The apartment was comfortable and nicely laid out.
