About this house rental
Very clean and newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in Peoria, IL with over 1000 main level sq ft. Easy access to interstate 74. Ten mins to downtown & hospitals. Close to shopping and restaurants. 3 bedrooms include dressers, queen bed, three twin beds, plus a single fold out mattress pad available. A pocket door in the bathroom provides privacy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time. Self check-in with keypad.
The space
Fully furnished (did we mention very CLEAN?!) and tastefully decorated home provides quiet and comfort while away. The kitchen has all appliances including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Help yourself to coffee, or tea, bottled juices and oatmeal! Dishes and cookware are included. Several closets and bedroom dressers allow you to unpack and make yourself at home.
Guest access
Full access to the home includes parking on driveway for 2 cars plus on street parking. A single step to access the all on one level ammenities.
**Due to no egress windows in the basement no sleeping is permitted downstairs.
**If you would like to book last minute, please contact us in regards to availibility.

Other things to note
Self check-in and entry using the keypad. Codes are changed beween guests and will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.

*Security cameras installed on exterior of house with one in basement focused on sewer drain. No audio recording in the house and no other cameras in the house.

We were in town for Ledgestone and the place fit our group well. Loved that they had ice packs for people to take leftovers home and they also had snacks. Both of these things were a nice touch.

The property was clean and well equipped for our family of 5 adults. Coffee, snacks, bottled water and oatmeal were provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook an elaborate meal if desired. I would stay again if the occasion arises.
