About this chalet rental

Close to sledding, snowboarding, and more, this family-friendly chalet brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 27-minute drive to Les Gets Ski Resort or the 9-minute drive to Grand Massif Express Gondola (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1109-sq-ft chalet, unwind on the deck or patio, and enjoy the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the TV and DVD player.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

The property is lovely. The owners were very nice and the place was immaculate. Fairly close to the samoens ski gondola but you probably do need a car.The apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable. Two slight issues that might have got lost in translation. The information states the apartment has WiFi but it hasn’t. It is just part of the 4G network. It also states that towels and bedding are provided but when you arrive you are charged about 120 for their use.Other than that it was a lovely stay and I would recommend the chalet and the area.

The chalet was located in a beautiful valley. it was very well equipped and comfortable for 7 people and the owner was very helpful. There was an excellent ski shuttle service with a stop less than 100 m down the road. The Samoens ski area was perfect for us (intermediate skiers) and we also enjoyed hiking to the cascades and around the"cirque du fer a Cheval" which was really impressive. I was also told that the cross-country skying area at Joux-Plane was fantastic. We loved it and we are looking forward to coming back.

Family holiday with 2x teenage boys. Wonderful property in Salvagny, just up the hill from Sixt - great views of the hills and waterfalls from the balconies. Several great hill walks direct from the property and a good rafting company (Nunayact) in Sixt itself that organsed our rafting (from Sixt), Via Ferrata (half way between Sixt and Samoens) and canyoning (Le Gets / Morzine). The hill from Sixt to Salvagny is a little steep but can be cycled if you are fit. Property v clean and perfect for our family of 4 and well equipped. Mrs Richard-Pomet was lovely and very helpful (she only speaks French). Overall, thoroughly recommend this property and this area.
