Functional, authentic, practical and cosy. This is a great option for DIY catering if self drive

The accommodation was roomy enough for a family with enough break out area to not me on top of each other. The pool was a nice idea although we didn't end up using it. There is a little local pizza shack for takeaway if you get stuck finding a table in town. Friendly staff who were helpful and seemed to enjoy what they did - which was nice.

The price was quite high and the images on the site of the rooms are all the same regardless of the room size. We had a bit of confusion understanding what we were getting as we had two children but needed bunks - not a pull out ( which was there as a bonus in the end) the reviews put me off but it was better than anticipated. The booking communication was a tad too lengthy with several emails in French each day which were unnecessary. The towels were the size of tea towels and would have been pretty grim if we needed them for the pool.

Good location and it has the basics covered. It's good value for money and the swimming pool was a fun change from skiing.

There was a funky smell on the hallway but luckily not in the apartment. The check-in and check-out process are very unclear. At checking you all need to wait in-line and have a chat with the owner, which is a bit frustrating after an 8hr drive. At check-out it is very unclear what is expected.

We were there for a few days during new year. It was warm so, the ski resort were closed abruptly. My children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool quite a bit. The location was nice, walkable to the town center and closes to the ski resort. We also liked the bread service.

The waiting time for check-in was over an hour. There was only one staff worked at the front-desk during the busy hour. It was a check out requirement for the guests to clean all the dishes but there was no cleaning supply provided. It was too bare-bones. No amenities (just one roll of toilet paper, no soap!!). We had to put on bed sheets and duet covers ourselves. I was not sure if this was normal for this kind of accommodation in France. We had stayed in many kinds of accommodations in different countries in Europe but never experience this before.

Great location and good value for money accommodation

Accommodation was very good value for money.

The property is very worn. It could do with a face lift, eg doors, walls and floors in communal areas were very worn and doors on wardrobes in apartment were jammed. Swimming pool wasn't very impressive (and not open on a Saturday for some bizarre reason) and you had to pre-book a time for the sauna (and no slots were left by the time we found this out). Restricted reception opening hours are frustrating. We arrived late and the "late arrival procedure" was implemented which meant leaving the keys in a security box which worked well, but we were not given any directions to the apartments and there are no signs so were left wandering around in the dark at midnight trying to find our apartment using our iPhones as torches!

The place was very dark, not enough lighting in the room. The reception is open only a few hours in the morning and evening.

Awful check in experience

Location to the ski bus stop and an easy 10 minute walk into the town

The checkin process was very long and when finally got to the main desk after 1 hour of queuing was told the rooms weren’t ready. When finally in the room found old towels on the back of the door in the bedroom and old food on top of the kitchen units. No kettle, no toaster - basics required in a kitchen??

Few steps from ski bus, city centre and closest grocery (Sherpa) walkable in minutes. Sauna and pool on top of all that :)

Déçu des appartements par rapport au prix payé

Proximité des commerces et du village. Beauté du paysage

Logement pas nettoyé à notre arrivée. Nous avons pris 2 logements 1 n'était pas nettoyé l'autre moyennement fait. Vaisselles sales sur plusieurs assiettes et casseroles. Toilettes très sales. Pas de draps pas de serviettes. Pas de tapis de bain ni torchons. Très déçu pour le prix payé pour 2 appartements : 2600 euros. De plus, pas de portes à la chambre avec les lits superposés donc pas d'intimité. pour se changer.

Logement bien adapté aux vacances d'été

Loger dans un logement fonctionnel dans de petits chalets de 2 étages donne l'impression d'être comme chez soi. Le personnel est au top. L'accès facile aux activités de montagnes en été.

Description des chambres incorrecte!

Calme et vue

Descriptif de l'annonce incorrect. Il était précisé deux chambres avec lits double mais seulement une chambre en avait un... Lits très mous! Propreté assez perfectible Manque d'équipements simples dans la cuisine Les photos sont clairement très vendeuses par rapport à la réalité.

Dommage, nous nous attendions à mieux.

L’emplacement. Le billard. Les extérieurs.

La propreté du logement est à revoir. Celui-ci était envahi de fourmis. Il est très sombre. Les lits sont à faire en arrivant. La piscine est toute petite. Le sauna et hammam en supplément. Et en arrivant à 16h54 sous une pluie torrentielle on se fait recaler et on nous demande d’attendre 17h pile pour revenir alors la dame est déjà à l’accueil… franchement pas très agréable.

Déçus de la vétusté du logement, des équipements intérieurs et du rapport qualité-prix.

Piscine et hammam sympa. Personnel accueillant.

Le bâtiment "Criou" et ses logements sont vétustes et vieillots et manquent d'entretien. L'électroménager de la cuisine est rudimentaire (Pas de four; un toaster en fin de vie). Réception en téléphonie mobile faible ou impossible . Il n'a pas été possible d'activer le WIFI durant toute la semaine et le personnel n'a pas su nous trouver de solution.

Logement très agréable

Logement propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée avec un petit jardin, très agréable. 2 piscines (1 intérieure et 1 extérieure) et accès au sauna et hamam.

Il est grand temps de changer le matelas. Très inconfortable, mal de dos ++
