Potentiellement, le calme, à cette saison, au vu de la fréquentation. Mais un autre résident ne savait pas téléphoner sans hurler la fenêtre ouverte, donc ...
La rusticité du couchage. Le "sommier" de la chambre avec lits simples superposés était composé de planches très épaisses, sans aucune souplesse. Aussi doux que dormir parterre, sur le carrelage.
