Conforme à la description. Globalement très satisfaisant. C'est un rez de chaussée donc il n'est pas très limité. Il manque quelques petits équipements (une essoreuse à salade ou un grille-pain par exemple).
L'agence qui gère l'appartement est très agréable et très arrangeante.
