About this chalet rental
The chalet "Mirabelles" is a chalet built in the purest Savoyard tradition, new, friendly, fully equipped, very comfortable for 6-8 pers. It is classified *** for 6 people, two extra beds + cot umbrella available. WIRELESS.
RENTAL WEEKLY from Saturday to Saturday.
The chalet is ideally located 300 meters from the center of Samoëns (less than 5 'walk), in a quiet residential area. You will be at home. Spacious, with an area of 82 m2, it is located on a wooded and flat, it has several parking spaces.
Its maximum capacity is 8 people (ideal for 6 people).
On the ground floor: an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen: ceramic hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, .... Living room with 2 sofas including a "trundle beds" (2x1 person), TV, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Play corner for children.
On the floor, two rooms with balcony (1x2 people and 1x2 people + 2x1 person in bunk beds). A bathroom with shower washbasin, WC. cot type "umbrella" and high chair are available.
Covered terrace with safe storage (hiking boots, ski, ...). Garden Lounge.
Between 1080 and 2370 Euros per week depending on the period, the price includes the end of stay cleaning, the provision of sheets, towels, kitchen linen, and tourist tax.
The cottage is private and non-smoking
Access is cleared in case of heavy snowfall.
Samoens is a village labeled in the heart of the Valley of Haut Giffre in the heart of the Grand Massif, the fourth largest French ski area that you can connect directly from the gondola Samoens.
Samoëns is ideal for family holidays or sports. Many hiking trails allow you to discover exceptional sites, as well as mountain flora and fauna.
Samoëns, which has kept a Savoyard and welcoming identity, is located 30 minutes from Cluses and Bonneville, and 1 hour from Geneva.
In winter
A free "skibus" shuttle, about 100 meters away, drops you off at a ski lift 1.5 km from the chalet (express 8 seater gondola lift). This ski lift drops you at 1600m in less than 10 minutes to the Grand Massif ski area (Samoens, Flaine, Sixt, Morillon, Les Carroz) with more than 250 km of slopes.
In summer
A base of leisure proposes you activities for adults and children, such as tennis, swimming pool, accrobranche. The tourist office offers water recreation, rafting, kayaking, and mountain sports, hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, ...
In the center of the village we find all the shops guaranteeing a good stay, groceries, fruit and vegetables, butcher-caterer, regional products, newspapers, ..., as well as many bars and restaurants.

Nous avons loué ce chalet l'été dernier pour la première fois et pour ces vacances de Pâques pour la seconde, et nous y avons passé 2 séjours formidables. Le chalet est parfait...il est neuf et construit avec des matériaux de qualité. Son emplacement est idéal proche du centre, tout en étant au calme. Nous aimons la montagne et ses diverses activités sportives (ski, vtt, rafting...), et pour ça Samoens est idéal. Le chalet bénéficie d'un chauffage au sol très appréciable de retour des pistes du grand massif ou sur cette semaine d'avril le temps était particulièrement froid. Bonnes vacances à tous ceux qui auront la bonne idée de louer ce chalet.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour dans ce très joli chalet de Samoens. L'accueil y était parfait. Le chalet est bien conforme aux photos , il est très propre, la literie confortable et la situation géographique parfaite. Nos enfants ont profite pleinement du jardin. Nos espérons revenir l’année prochaine !
