About this house rental
We welcome you for a stay with family or friends in our independent cottage located between Angers and Saumur (St Mathurin).
We can accommodate 8 people. The house is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy the fenced outdoor courtyard and garden furniture.
At your disposal: bicycles, table football, outdoor games (petanque, table tennis, etc.)
The house is located close to the Loire (900 m) and shops (3 km).
The accommodation
The house is located on our residential plot, but has a totally independent access.
Bed linen and towels (1 large and one small towel per person) are provided. Beds will be made on arrival.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- It is composed of a large living room with 3 sofas, a TV (TNT) and a table football, reversible air conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen: Traditional oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, classic and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. It has a large table to accommodate 8 people. A TV is also available in the kitchen.
- Large bedroom with bed 160 (new bedding), a large closet with wardrobe, reversible air conditioning.
- A bathroom with integrated toilet, shower, double sink and heated towel rail
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink. This room gives access to the courtyard.
UPSTAIRS
-A bedroom with two 90 cm beds (new bedding) and storage under the beds.
- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed (new bedding) and a wardrobe with shelves.
- Another bedroom with a 160 cm bed (new bedding) and also a wardrobe with shelves.
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with shower and double sink, heated towel rail
- A reading corner
OUTDOORS
A fenced courtyard (approx. 100 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sun loungers.
Parking adjacent to the house.
The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility but we have a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet on the first floor.
