Complete with a private balcony, this newly built apartment for 4 persons is located in the Historic centre of Maderno only a few minutes walk from the shores of Lake Garda (600 Mts). The stylishly furnished property comfortably sleeps four guests and is situated within an elegant residential complex on the third floor of an apartment building with views reaching till the lake.
The bright open-plan living area leads out to the balcony through large French doors and is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair, coffee table and large wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Moka coffee machine, fridge freezer and large breakfast bar with seating for four.
There is public parking around at 300 mt at a cost of approx. 2€/h.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a view of the lake and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also enjoys a view of the lake and is furnished with a single bed and pull-out single bed, a desk and a wardrobe

Bathroom: The modern, tiled bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.

Location
Situated on the west coast of Lake Guarda, the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and lemon orchards and has a pretty port that is busy with colourful boats and ferries. There are a number of nice beaches nearby with a choice of water sports including; canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing and diving.
Lots of other activities can be found in the surrounding hills and mountains including; climbing, hiking, mountain bike trails and horse riding. There is also a golf course just a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, visitors can take a boat to the Veronese side of the lake from Salò (a 17-minute drive), drive to the elegant resort of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (a 7-minute drive) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines (a 33-minute drive). A little further along the coastline (a 1-hour drive) is Sirmione and its famous thermal baths. Verona is a 1 hour and 15-minute drive away and Venice is just over a 2-hour drive away.
The nearest airport is Milan Bergamo, which is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away from the accommodation.
