About this apartment rental
The apartment is part of a small residence with a large swimming pool.
The residence is located at a height of about 200 meters above the village of Maderno in a hilly area full of olive groves; the view on Lake Garda is breathtaking. The area is very quiet and the residence is the starting point for beautiful walks.
The center of Maderno is easily reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes.
The 70 square meter apartment has two bedrooms and is suitable for up to four people.
Nearby are the main services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
Thanks to its location the apartment has an enchanting lake view, both from the large grassy terrace but also from the living room and from the master bedroom.
Toscolano Maderno is located on the western shore of Lake Garda, in the province of Brescia, and has one of the most beautiful and well known beaches, full of suggestive corners. Every day ferries leave from Toscolano to visit the cities located on the eastern shore of the lake.
A few miles away is the golf of Bogliaco, while about 50 km are attractions such as the amusement park Gardaland, the Caneva World water park, the Botanical Garden of Sigurta ', the baths of Sirmione, etc.
At the highest level of the condominium there is a 130 square meter swimming pool with sunbathing area and with a panoramic view of the lake.
The apartment includes a carport under the apartment.
The apartment is very elegantly furnished and is equipped in detail as follows:
Modern kitchen for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner: stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, coffee machine etc .;
Living / dining room: comfortable seating for four people, LED TV;
Bedroom: for max. four people;
Bathroom: shower, WC, bidet,
Terrace: garden furniture, awning.
Air conditioning (on request for a fee).
Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer kleinen Wohnanlage mit großem Gemeinschaftspool. Die Anlage liegt etwa 200 Höhenmeter oberhalb dem Ort Toscolano-Maderno. Der Ausblick von dort auf den Gardasee ist atemberaubend.
Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und zu anderen lokalen Attraktionen. Das Ortszentrum von Toscolano-Maderno ist auch bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen innerhalb von ca. 10-15 Minuten.
Die Ferienwohnanlage wurde im Jahre 2010 inmitten eines Olivenhais errichtet; der Baustil des Objektes ist modern und architektonisch einzigartig.
Auf der obersten Ebene der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine 130 qm großer Gemeinschaftspool mit Liegewiese mit beeindruckendem Rundumblick auf den See.
Die ca. 70 qm große Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ist geeignet für bis zu vier Personen. Vom der großen vorgelagerten begrünten Privatterrasse aus hat man ebenfalls einen Panoramablick auf den Gardasee.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein überdachter abschließbarer Garagenstellplatz mit elektrisch bedienbarem Rolltor.

After struggeling to find the complex we were honered with a fantastic view over the lake.Flat was as discribed with all necessary equipment.Pool was also great. The contact in case of questions was exellent and always within short time.
Only a small point to critesize was the shower. To avoid consequential damages the silicon seal should possibly renewed by a proffessional.
Perhaps one advice if you are a little bit older (like us)and like to use bicycle; we recommend E Mountain Bikes, because with an E City Bike only it is a problem to manage the last steep climb to the flat.
All in all we have had an exellent stay and time in Maderno and would like to come back again.

The appartment is really nice und kept very well in shape. All equipment that we needed was available in the appartment, the kitchen etc. You have a nice view from the appartment to Toscolano-Maderno and the lake. The terrace is a highlight, it's large, private (no direct neighbors) and completely covered with lawn, so that it doesn't get too hot. A garage belongs to the appartment.
The facility is located approx. 150 m above Toscolano-Maderno. The pool belongs to the complete facility, it's really nice, large, clean and it was never crowded. The pool is located on the top level of the facility, so you have to walk two levels up to the pool from the appartment.
Nicola and Claudia are perfect hosts. Claudia was always available via Whatsapp to support us regarding any issue.
We stayed for two weeks with two adults and two teenagers, and we can really recommend this appartment!

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ein phantastischen Blick vom eigenen Garten über den Gardasee (kann man sich gar nicht satt sehen).
Super nette und kommunikative Vermieter die auch bei kleinen Problemen immer kontaktierbar sind und helfen und nicht zu vergessen mit ihrem Gastgeschenk über den ersten Urlaubstag geholfen haben, danke dafür nochmal.
Contra aber auf hohem Niveau: etwas kleine Dusche (bin knapp 1,90m), schwächelnde Internetverbindung, Klimaanlage ist nicht selbst steuerbar aber es ging immer ein kühles Lüftchen, von daher haben wir es kaum vermisst.
Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da und freuen uns die Wohnung wieder nutzen zu dürfen.
