About this apartment rental
Central loft on a very quiet street; 60 m² where you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.
It features a 1.35-meter double bed, a 2-person sofa bed, and a 90-centimeter single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a full breakfast set, and everything you might need for cooking.
In the building across the street, there’s a gym and a heated pool—you’ll receive 4 complimentary passes.
Head up the street to the famous Fuencarral Street for shopping, featuring the best trendy cafes and restaurants, the fun and picturesque Malasaña neighborhood
Just a 5-minute walk away is the Chueca neighborhood, which also offers a lively atmosphere and great nightlife
The area is perfect for walking everywhere, and the location and tranquility of the street are things that all guests highlight.
The apartment is equipped with towels and bedding, bathroom amenities, and maps and recommendations for the area so you can enjoy the capital to the fullest.
There are also books about Madrid available to help you discover the best spots.

There are spare blankets, comforters, and sheets.
As for the neighborhood, there’s public parking on the same street. The area is perfect for shopping since the famous Fuencarral Street is right next door, and there are great places to eat lunch and dinner in both Chueca and Malasaña

I’m always available to answer any questions or help with anything you need during your stay.
Check-in before 4:00 p.m. or check-out after 11:00 a.m. incurs a fee of 40 euros, payable upon key pickup. Check-in after 9:00 p.m. incurs a fee of 35 euros, payable upon key pickup, and 45 euros if after 11:00 p.m.
Please note that the loft is intended for short-term rental; therefore, upon arrival, the guest will sign a simple contract specifying that the purpose of this rental is not for tourism.
The house rules are:
Smoking is prohibited, and only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to enter.
Please dispose of your trash and leave the kitchen as you found it upon arrival.
Please also leave the furniture as you found it upon arrival.
No noise after midnight to ensure the neighbors’ rest.

The room was clean and had what was stated.
Pros: The host was very, very helpful. The location was amazing. The place having breakfast was awesome. The pool is at a gym across the street and costs money, but the host supplies the funds to go.
Cons: My daughter, who is 8, wasnt able to go the pool except on the weekend per the lady at the counter which is why I actually booked this place. If I had known that I wouldve booked somewhere else. The shower was small and I could barely fit when Im 5'8", 170 lbs. The place was street level so you could hear everything going on outside.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. I wouldnt mind staying at this property again.

We had the most amazing stay in Madrid. Monica was extremely helpful. Her place is clean, close to everything. We had a great time, rested well and enjoyed our time in Madrid. I highly recommend this place.

Monica was a great host and very helpful.
The property is a converted shop at street level. Passing foot traffic can see in. 1st night, an intruder climbed thru the front windows at 3am, we scared him off. Windows and shutters locked after that, so no sunhine.
Great location, near everything, inc. Metro, but with drawbacks.
