The Oakwater Resort in Kissimmee, FL is a beautiful gated community just under 3 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World and within a short drive from multiple Disney properties. This 1800 sq-ft residence with 1-car garage is sure to meet your vacation needs. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room includes a separate sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast area as well as a formal dining space. This unit includes a full-sized washer/dryer and high-speed wi-fi throughout.
The Resort grounds feature a lagoon-style community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The community is a short drive from SeaWorld, Universal Studios, the Orlando Convention Center, and other attractions, offering a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities suited for all ages. Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club are located under 2 miles away for golf enthusiasts. Walmart is also conveniently located just outside the community gate.

We had stayed at this property previously and this time was even better than the first time. Being right next to Walmart and Disney make this a no brainer for folks traveling with family.
We were able to easily get in and out of the property without any issues, and the host was great about communicating everything. All of the beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, and all amenities were working as expected. There was enough of everything we needed for our entire stay, and if anything ran out we knew Walmart was a 2 min trip away. Speaking of the location, you can easily get to any of the Disney resorts or parks within 15 mins (although it may take a little longer to get back in the evening with traffic). In any case, this is a beautiful home in a perfect location for a family Disney trip.
