Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi in the Window Hills Resort. The clubhouse features a resort-style pool. The house has a master suite, two bedrooms with twin beds, and a bedroom with a king bed. There is a full laundry facility available.
The apartment is 6 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 18 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 23 minutes from Universal. The minimum age requirement is 21 years. We have a strict no-smoking, no-pets, and no-party policy.

The apartment is 6 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Disney, 18 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 23 minutes from Universal.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
AMENITIES:
* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.
* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).
* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.
* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.
* Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE:
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

We loved staying at Windsor Hills! We are snowbirds so this was an extended stay. The Property Management Company responded promptly to all our questions. The Disney room was so cute! Out grandson loved it when he visited. We would definitely stay here again if available for our dates. Our only concern was that the living room furniture was stained, but we bought a cheap set of sheets at Aldi's and conference them up. Problem solved!

Crowded pool area but exercise area was great. Enjoyed long walks around the lake and always felt safe.

Overall the condo was as described so happy about that. As soon as we got into the condo we noticed the dishwasher door was broken and didn’t stay closed. Later the day when we went to turn it on it wouldn’t start because the door wouldn’t close. Two out of the four burners on the stove also didn’t work. I notified Stars Vacation right away but nothing was ever done. No dishwasher made it very difficult with four adults and two kids and only having two burners was less than ideal when cooking. The fact that no one ever came to fix these or really even acknowledged the inconvenience of these broken items was very disappointing.
