Perched near the banks of the Oakwater Delta sits the Oakwater Outpost, a lesser-known destination of the Jungle Navigation Co. Our skippers have stepped out briefly (mumbling something about navigation training), but explorers are welcome to use our boathouse to rest and prepare for their adventures in the surrounding jungle. Our maps are about 70% accurate, our boats float most of the time, and our skippers are almost good with directions—assuming they find their way back to the boathouse.

The Oakwater Resort is one of the closest residential communities to Walt Disney World! It is gated, has 24 hour security, family friendly amenities and no resort fee. Just tap in the code at the front gate and drive in (no long waits at a guard station).

Use the keypad on the front door to step inside the unit, and head upstairs to the main living area. Here your family and friends can gather and relax in front of the 55" Roku TV. Watch cable TV, stream from a wide selection of free Roku channels, or sign in with your own credentials to access popular services like Netflix and Disney+. The condo also features high-speed WiFi (600 Mbps), so everyone can stream, work, or game without interruption. A cozy window seat with a built-in shelf stocked with games and books offers the perfect nook for reading or unwinding, while the dining area provides a comfortable place to share meals together.

The master suite features a king bed with balcony access, while the second and third bedrooms offer a queen and twin beds, respectively. Each bedroom is equipped with its own 32" Roku TV, so everyone can enjoy their own shows. The TV in the room with twin beds has a built-in DVD player and I've supplied some fun, classic DVDs for the kids.

With a full kitchen, quiet surroundings, and private driveway parking, this condo is a comfortable and convenient home base for your Orlando adventures.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home except garage and maintenance closet (in Master Bath). Both spaces are secured with locks.

Guests also have full access to all resort amenities and activities, including pool, spa, fitness center, and playground.

Guests can park in the single-car driveway located in front of the building. Additional free parking is available along the west side of the building.

Other things to note
Please note: The condo has a ground-level entrance, but all living spaces are located upstairs. Guests will need to walk up a full flight of stairs immediately after entering.

This property features a security camera: A Ring camera is located by the front door facing the sidewalk.

The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound when motion is detected.
