Great hotel but room for improvement

Lovely place and the staff were all lovely and helpful . Food fabulous. Great rooms. Comfy beds large rooms.

Breakfast was all over the place, not enough staff. Tables not cleared. People sitting anywhere. Tables not set. Not enough food cooked. People waiting 25mins for breakfast. No plates foe fry no dishes for fruit. Arrived to a freezing room and told heating would come on 2 hours later. It's always more welcoming to arrive to a warm room

Our room clean and comfortable but the bedding was feathers which I can’t sleep as allergies but didn’t realize until bedtime 🫣 It was cold outside of our room! Then it was December! Food was okay but the mushroom 🍄 were not good 🥲 not fresh made!

It’s conveniently placed in Omagh. Staff were Brillant from reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar. I’ve no compliants. I’ve stayed here a few times now

We had dinner when we arrived. It was exceptionally good. Breakfast was also very good and ready to eat so we didn't have to wait. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice decor in all areas except bedrooms, friendly staff, ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

The friendliness of the staff

The bedrooms are in bad need of refurbishing, old and dreary. The bath had rust up the side and there were 2 spiders on the roof ! Breakfast was ok, cooked food seemed to have been deep fried, wasn’t able to eat it as too greasy.

Receptionist friendly. Breakfast excellent

Bar man unfriendly in Bertha's bar. No conversation or even a smile. He wouldn't get anyone to take our order for a pizza, instead he told me to go through to the main bar( right beside him). He wasn't exactly busy either. Just 2 others in Bertha. He could have said I'll give someone a shout to come in and serve you. But no....Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Don't book room 326! Noisy bed every time we moved slightly! We've stayed in Silverbirch before but doubt we will again.

The staff , the restaurant and food .

The rooms were not well ventilated for summer and the ones facing the road are noisy as the window has to be kept open. The reception was very helpful and changed our room and put a fan in 👍🏼. Helped with booking outside restaurants. Loved the food and staff attentiveness.
