We had dinner when we arrived. It was exceptionally good. Breakfast was also very good and ready to eat so we didn't have to wait. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice decor in all areas except bedrooms, friendly staff, ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

The friendliness of the staff

The bedrooms are in bad need of refurbishing, old and dreary. The bath had rust up the side and there were 2 spiders on the roof ! Breakfast was ok, cooked food seemed to have been deep fried, wasn’t able to eat it as too greasy.

Receptionist friendly. Breakfast excellent

Bar man unfriendly in Bertha's bar. No conversation or even a smile. He wouldn't get anyone to take our order for a pizza, instead he told me to go through to the main bar( right beside him). He wasn't exactly busy either. Just 2 others in Bertha. He could have said I'll give someone a shout to come in and serve you. But no....Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. Don't book room 326! Noisy bed every time we moved slightly! We've stayed in Silverbirch before but doubt we will again.

Definitely the best choice in the area .

The staff , the restaurant and food .

The rooms were not well ventilated for summer and the ones facing the road are noisy as the window has to be kept open. The reception was very helpful and changed our room and put a fan in 👍🏼. Helped with booking outside restaurants. Loved the food and staff attentiveness.

The restaurant was open until 9-30 and had live music on Saturday. We had a nice big room with a shower and a bathtub.

Was a bit too warm in the room and air conditioning didn’t switch on, we had to keep the windows open.

great bar and terrace. nice breakfast, but the servers were not very reactiv. room was good, beds also. fantastic bath. tub filled up in 3 minutes..

People outside on the parking were very loud about midnight. we had to leave the windows open, because no airco. we booked a room for three adults. a double bed, single bed and a sofabed. but it seems you have to be under 12 to have a right for a sofabed. did not see that on booking.... so I had to share the double bed (about 160 cm) with my sister.

I had an excellent stay and would certainly have and stay again

I had a wonderful breakfast I had fruit to start with and finished with an excellent fry there was a lot of choice from cereals to pastries staff very friendly and helpful bedrooms were warm and clean with lovely furniture and bedding I slept really well I would highly recommend

I booked in to a single room and paid the same price as the couple who had also stayed which I thought was abit unfair
