Geschirr- und Gläserangebot sehr knapp. Keine Eierbecher vorhanden ! Für ausgefallene Heizung wurde in der gesamten Zeit nur ein kleiner Elektroradiator in das Wohnzimmer gestellt ! Vom Vermieter keine weiteren Informationen, bis zur Abreise !!! Keine Nachfrage vom Vermieter, ob zusätzliche Decken benötigt werden. Keine Bedienungsanleitungen für Fernseher, Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage.

Die Lage und Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und sehr gut. Die Hinterlegung der Schlüsselkarte in einem Safe sowie die Kommunikation per Mail mit der Vermietung waren ok.
Die Zahlung erfolgte im Voraus per Kreditkarte. Dabei wurde mehr Geld (ca. 35 €) vom Konto abgebucht, als vereinbart. Die Nachfrage beim Vermieter per Mail ergab, dass es wohl Währungsumrechnungsgebühren der Bank wären. Dort nachgefragt waren es nur ca. 8 €. Nach Rückfrage bei booking selbst wurde ich wieder an den Vermieter verwiesen. Da kein persönlicher Kontakt dann vor Ort möglich war(Schlüsselsafe + Mail), konnte das Problem auch nicht abschließend geklärt werden und hinterlässt bei mir ein Störgefühl.
