Apartment in amazing location next to the beach.

Perfect location. Good, well-equipped apartment.

They keys you need to pick up from totally different location, which is a little bit inconvenient - especially if you would be without a car. Lack of cosmetics (like shampoo).

Prima Lage. Sehr schöne Appartements.

Tolle Lage. Schöne Ausstattung. Kommen garantiert wieder.

Möbel wurden vermutlich mit falschen Mitteln gereinigt und hatten daher eine klebrige und abgenutzte Oberfläche. Die ein oder andere Schublade oder Schranktür sollte mal nachjustiert werden. Funktion war nicht immer gegeben.

Uzdrowiska 36-40 apartament nr 316

Apartament bezpośrednio przy promenadzie. Garaż podziemny ( 60zł za dobę). Możliwość przejścia garażami nie wychodząc z budynku do aquaparku w Radisson Blu.

Widać zużycie i plamy na kanapie oraz na fotelach w salonie. Fotele są wyblakłe a nie jak na zdjęciach intensywnie żółte.

Lokalizacja super. Czysto i miło.

Lokalizacja, czystość. Kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry.

Kanapa w salonie miała skrzypiące sprężyny jak syn w nocy się przekręcał na łóżku to mnie budziło, ale może to kwestia mojego płytkiego snu :) W sypialnia łóżko wygodne, ale jak wszędzie w apartametach czy hotelach poduszki płaskie jak naleśnik.🤷.

Top Lage, das wars aber auch..

Top Lage

Auf dem Schlafsofa zu schlafen war eine Zumutung. Die Matratze war gerade mal 3 cm dick und komplett durchgelegen, das kann meiner Meinung nach nicht als Schlafplatz angeboten werden. Allgemein konnte man im Wohnzimmer nicht schlafen, da der Kühlschrank alle 30 min kühlte um die Temperatur zu halten, sodass er die ganze Zeit immer wieder laut brummte. Eine Stunde Wasserpark war nicht inkludiert, obwohl überall in den Gebäudeinformationen angepriesen. Des Weiteren sind die Gebäude nur von der Rückseite Zugänglich, wenn man also keinen Parkplatz vor Ort bucht, sondern an der Straße parkt, dann kann man alles ins Appartement schleppen. Die eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht richtig und überall waren starke Abnutzungsspuren sichtbar (Riss in der Gardine, riesige Flecken auf dem Teppich, lose Fußleisten, Balkontüren die hakten, angerissen Stühle)

Super, wie immer

Wir kommen seit mehreren Jahren hier her und uns Gefällt die Lage zum Meer und die Nähe zur Promenade mit vielen Geschäften.

Die dicken Kopfkissen sind etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Grund zum meckern.

Ich wurde als Pole lieber bei einem deutschen Unternehmen buchen

Die Lage

Leider habe ich mich von den schönen Fotos täuschen lassen. Am Apartment selbst gab es wenig auszusetzen – lediglich das Duschgel fehlte, und es wurden weder Tee noch Kaffee angeboten. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend: Man hört ständig knallende Türen von anderen Mietern, was sehr störend war. Erst nach der Buchung wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel etwa 3 km entfernt abgeholt werden muss. Die angegebene Adresse stimmte nicht – das Büro befand sich gegenüber. Die Mitarbeiterinnen dort waren unfreundlich. Ich habe keine Rechnung für die Touristenpauschale erhalten. Zwei Nächte konnte ich kaum schlafen, da andere Gäste lautstark Partys feierten. Eine Rückerstattung wurde von der Unterkunft abgelehnt – keinerlei Kulanz. Im Gespräch mit anderen Gästen stellte sich heraus, dass sie bei TU* rund 30 € mehr pro Nacht bezahlt haben, dafür aber mit Frühstück, Zugang zum Schwimmbad und Schlüsselübergabe direkt vor Ort. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen.j

Urlaub mit Familie

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Apartment war sauber und es war sehr Ruhig trotz der anliegenden Promenade. Also alles Top.

Sehr schlecht war das wir keinen Parkplatz dazu Buchen konnten. So das wir auf dem Radisson Hotel Parkplatz ausweichen mussten das war nicht ok. Obwohl so viele Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage frei waren hatten wir keinen bekommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage mit seitlichem Blick auf die Ostsee

teilweise Gebrauchsspuren, so war die Tür zum Balkon ausgehängt, die Gardine hatte einen Riss, Spuren an der Wand, die Verkleidung über Tür und den Fenstern fehlte außen, kein Zimmerservice und kein Aquapark dabei wie bei der Buchung über Baltic Park
