Generally, i like the cleanliness of the condo. The furnitures were clean and organized, the sheets are clean, there is no smell inside the condo and there are no extra decorations that are not necessary which makes it look very neat and minimalist.

Only the internet connection due to loose wires but very minor only.

I have to pay for the parking

The price very affortable. The host is very accommodating.

When we checked in. The smell from the lobby untilwe entered the unit amoy “kulob” amoy “luma” but when we went out and came back either we are immuned to the smell or we are tired and wanted to take rest. There was no AC in the living room but manageable if naka open ang doors ng both rooms kasi may AC naman yung dalawang doors. Beds comfy. Yung CRmejo masikip near toilet dahil sa Washing Machine pero manageable naman.

The place is cozy & clean and the location is so accessible to anywhere you want to go and the owner was nice.

The basement parking is too narrow. You cannot load and unload passengers and stuffs once you are parked inside the parking slot because their parking slot is like a concrete walled container. Wide and huge SUV’s will fit but the drivers will definitely have a hard time going in and out of the vehicle. For me the basement parking was very inconvenient and it is a pay parking. They do not allow parking at the ground floor level which is in front of the building because there are owners and they will send tickets for unauthorized parking.
