    PROS 1. staff were pleasant. They answer inquiries with a smile, takes care of needs when requested CONS 1. Safety issues: so many cracks on the walls, sloping floor-my suitcase which I set next to lur room door rolled down to the elevator door right across-- so there really is structural integrity-- must be from the recent earthquakes 2. Fred's 299 lunch buffet-- trust me, you are better off going it and eating at the nearby karinderias. They had very little option in the menu and everything is cold. The hito smells, the chicken is undercooked. 3. Restaurant: tables are sticky. Floors are sticky. No effort to provide utensils and napkins which I think should be bare minimum. I expect this from a self-service carinderia but not from a 3-star hotel 4. Breakfast: They served us with cold rice! 5. Bathroom: The shower stall was small, really tight and narrow-- 1/4 the size of a single bed. I had to maneuver myself just so water will not get to the toilet area and get the floor all wet.
