It was a lovely place with plenty of space and in a brilliant location that allowed us, with 3 small kids, to walk out each day to visit Windermere. The place was clean and full of everything you need (apart from a whisky glass ;-)) for a relaxing stay.
There were lots of lodges called Treetops and the automated emails were not explicit in which one it was when looking at the map given out by reception. We did figure it out and find it after a while.

The location was great. You felt like it was a tree house and you could see the lake as the leaves weren't on the trees yet.
No hairdryer, iron, no option for cushions on the furniture outside even though the weather was nice. Extra blanket was scratchy and rough. The Parkdean WiFi is absolutely useless. You might as well not use it as it constantly drops which makes you frustrated.
