Al pozzo dei Scoacamini, 100 m from San Marco, ground floor

Ottima posizione, comodo, a piano terra e vicinissimo a San Marco, anche se in una calle tranquilla. Ambienti pulitissimi, bella la finestra che affaccia sul canale.

Forse avrebbe fatto piacere trovare una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, ma per il resto niente da dire

Per our gondolier, it is apparently the only ground floor unit in the entire area. He said the humidity is too high to live on the water all the time, but for us visiting for just a couple of days it's fine. Either way, it was fun to watch the gondolas go by from time to time when we were in - and to pass by ourselves on our own ride. The entrance is tucked away in a quiet alley courtyard which was a nice escape from the bustle of the main streets. The unit seemed clean.

The air conditioner above the door of one of the bedrooms started leaking profusely and we were nearly drenched while getting our bags out the next morning. Luckily it was our last night, and the rep assured me it hadn't happened before so I'm sure they've likely gotten it repaired. The foyer between the exterior door and the door to the unit was very dark and dirty, making it feel unsafe even though it seemed fine otherwise.

Lovely location, very spacious bedrooms and good kitchen facilities. Spent a lot of our time in the apartment watching the gondolas go by. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by and easy to get around to all the tourist attractions.

So much written information which is helpful in some ways, but feels a bit like the rules at school camp. Some out of date e.g. how to find the fuse box. Information file offers user of washing machine and dryer in courtyard but both were full of washing during our stay, plus the cleaner accessed to do more washing from another apartment. We were given notice she was coming and it wasn't a problem for us.

L'emplacement parfait entre la place Saint Marc et le pont du Rialto. L'espace 2 chambres 2 salles de bains, les équipements machine à laver, lave vaisselle, la climatisation, le Wi-Fi, le fer à repasser, les sèches cheveux. La vue de la fenêtre sur les gondoles. Le geste de la propriétaire qui nous a offert une nuit gratuite suite à notre arrivée avec le ménage non fait dans l'appartement

Manque de propreté. Quand nous sommes arrivés le ménage n'avait pas été fait ou mal fait, il y avait même un drap avec une énorme tache, les toilettes sales, le frigo pas nettoyé. Il y a un manque d'entretien général dans cet appartement (moisissures dans les douches, portes douches qui ferment difficilement, canapé entièrement taché et recouvert d'un vieux plaid, réfrigérateur en mauvais état, écran tv cassé. Appartement au rdc très sombre même avec les lumières allumées. Bruit récurrents avec l'appartement au dessus. Problème de sécurité avec la porte principale d'entrée de l'immeuble qui est cassée
