It’s close to everything, the staff was friendly and they assisted with almost everything we required to be done.

Excellent location within walking distance to beach. Beautiful sunrise over ocean. Its a shared house with a modern architecture. Bed was neatly made and bedroom was spacious. Friendly host.
There's no kitchenette/ kettle or mini fridge in the bedroom, however there is a shared kitchenette outside with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The bedding was clean but the cloth furniture pieces (couch) and decorative pillows were not. Some of the furniture was torn and old. Secure parking is limited, with there only being two parking spaces behind the gate, thus yu will need to park outside in the street. But the area seems quite safe.

The rooms have glass at the top which makes it bad if the other guests in other rooms are noisy
Guests drinking alcohol and smoking at the house
It wasnt very clean, especially the windows
