The room was stunning and spacious and the outdoor shower a great feature. It was clean and all the little bits were greatly appreciated like the coffee station and tv. The giraffe game drive was fantastic and the dinner and restaurant really good value

The staff? Excellent. The chalet? Spacious and beautiful. Food? Delicious.
We rented a small Suzuki Swift and even if the roads were not paved, it was okay.
The roads are currently being fixed so we needed longer to Addo, probably 35-40 minutes.
The pool also didn’t look do clean but this is understandable since the Eastern Cape is having water problems.

The giraffe feeding session was really cool and special!
The game drive is so small and basic, and with no access to big 5, it’s genuinely better to just go to Addo and safari or stay there instead. Quite overpriced for what it is — we paid nearly 10,000 ZAR for 3 adults 1 kid to stay for 1 night and eat breakfast and dinner. Service at meal time was super slow - it made dining with a toddler before bed time impossible.
