Villas Marina on the beach

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach. Beautifull seaview

The location was perfect! The place is spacious and very comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures

The fridge doesn't close properly. The doors in the tv room were locked, and there were no keys to open it. The shower in die main room leaks.

Perfect location beaach location on Marine drive, spacious unit with small garden and backyard. Well equipped. Nice fridge with icemaker. Good streaming of Netflix, DSTV etc. on smart TV. Security gate. Safe garage parking. Dislikes: main bedroom is noisy at night due to large windows and proximity to Marine drive, mall and beach. Although there is a small bedroom downstairs, the stairs might be difficult for elderly persons.

The location was great and the place is spacious. But that is about where it ends.

The company that manages this property is a pain to deal with. After finishing the booking on booking.com, which was already scam to begin with, still adding VAT and then a cleaning fee to the advertised price! You then need to pay a deposit to the hosting company and complete online forms detailing everyone who is staying there complete with ID numbers and uploading photos of your own ID card. You can only pay the deposit with a credit card and not a debit card, which many people dont have. Surely Booking.com should handle all of this. There were no dishwasher tablets or any washing machine powder. Some drawers in the kitchen were broken and couldnt open and the same with the fridge and pantry doors. The curtains in a couple of the rooms are very thin and with the main road right outside there is a lot of car lights flashing through the room during the night.
