The location was perfect! The place is spacious and very comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures
The fridge doesn't close properly. The doors in the tv room were locked, and there were no keys to open it. The shower in die main room leaks.

Perfect location beaach location on Marine drive, spacious unit with small garden and backyard. Well equipped. Nice fridge with icemaker. Good streaming of Netflix, DSTV etc. on smart TV. Security gate. Safe garage parking. Dislikes: main bedroom is noisy at night due to large windows and proximity to Marine drive, mall and beach. Although there is a small bedroom downstairs, the stairs might be difficult for elderly persons.
