The location was perfect! The place is spacious and very comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures
The fridge doesn't close properly. The doors in the tv room were locked, and there were no keys to open it. The shower in die main room leaks.

Perfect location beaach location on Marine drive, spacious unit with small garden and backyard. Well equipped. Nice fridge with icemaker. Good streaming of Netflix, DSTV etc. on smart TV. Security gate. Safe garage parking. Dislikes: main bedroom is noisy at night due to large windows and proximity to Marine drive, mall and beach. Although there is a small bedroom downstairs, the stairs might be difficult for elderly persons.

This property was perfect for the weekend we needed to work. Location is just a quick walk to everything and we barely had to drive. Clean, well kept and everything in working condition. This will definitely be our preferred option every time we head to Port Elizabeth.
A lock on the back gate that leads to the garages. But then again, we are from Gauteng, so we are probably more safety concerned!
