everything, the property and location itself is absolutely gorgeous, the authenticity of local culture is represented very well, very calm and relaxing place, stuff is very kind, helpful and thoughtful, pub and small cafe is 1 min away, as well as nice restaurant and grocery shop is in 5 min distance. bed specifically was extremely comfortable

The location is great if you are visiting Addo National Park, it's very close to the South Gate. We appreciated the terrace with the river view where we had nice breakfast every day.
The location is good for Addo, but not for other things - not much in the area, there are 2 restaurants but they are not good. We had issuse with hot water and we didn't appreciate that there is no stuff in the afternoon in the lodge, as we had to wait till the morning to report this and in the end it was 24h for us with cold water. The lodge is a bit old and you can feel it, it could use a big refresh, because it has potential with river view.
