Darts-taulu seinällä, oma sisäänkäynti (isoin huone), erittäin hyvät sängyt ja todella hienosti lattiasta kattoon remontoitu huoneisto.
Majapaikassa imurointi oli painottunut huonekalujen ympärille, sänkyä siirrettäessä huomasimme hämähäkin seitin yhdessä jalassa ja sängyn takana oli kuolleita kärpäsiä ja hyttysiä.
