Saunasta plussaa, samoin pakastimesta. Toimiva avainpalvelu ja yhteydenpito.
Hieman kosteaa pesuhuoneessa. Tyynyt voisivat olla pehmeämmät ja matalammat. Pyykinpesukoneelle oli paikka, olisi ollut mukavaa, jos pesukone olisi ollut. Kuivausteline myös voisi olla sekä kaksi avainta.

Saneerausta vaille. Taisi olla entisen tuotantolaitoksen pukuhuone, mistä oli väkisin väännetty majoitustila.
