Outstanding hosts. Replied quickly to all messages, and were flexible when we made requests. Two minor maintenance issues were dealt quickly. Beds were comfy, smart tv worked well, good WiFi, clear instructions about disposing of rubbish, etc. Nice and warm. Reasonably priced parking close by, Ten minutes walk to the centre of Chester (ie M&S).
Property was a little dark for our taste, but only as expected from the photos.

I truly appreciate this place; it's so peaceful and conveniently located to access the city. It feels like a lovely retreat while still being close to everything I need.

Location close to city centre was great and not far from paid parking. Facilities were complete.
The interior could really use a spruce up. Walls in the kitchen are streaked badly. A deep cleaning is overdue. The non-stick coating on the pots and pans is flaking. Both the bathroom and the kitchen need an extraction fan.
