Brought to you by Property Manager, this slopeside retreat at Pico Mountain Resort is the perfect basecamp for your Vermont getaway. With true ski-on, ski-off access right at the base of Pico, this cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is designed for both comfort and convenience.
Located on the second floor, this bright corner unit features vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a spacious living area anchored by a wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the crisp mountain air before settling in for a relaxing evening. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living room, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together after a day on the slopes.
The bedroom provides a quiet, comfortable retreat for restful nights, while additional sleeping space is available in the living room. For your convenience, a ski locker is located on the ground floor beside the elevator, with the key hanging on a hook near the front door. Please remember to return it after each use — a $25 replacement fee applies if it goes missing.
Pico Mountain offers 57 trails across six lifts and is known as “Little Killington,” providing an excellent family-friendly experience with fewer crowds and a laid-back atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate direct access to the Appalachian, Long, and Catamount trails for hiking year-round.
When it's time to unwind off the slopes, guests can take advantage of the Pico Sports Center (fee applies), which features a 75-foot indoor heated pool, two dry saunas, fitness center, and yoga/dance studio. A shuttle to Killington's central basin also runs during the day for easy access to additional mountain activities. Please note that Property Manager is not responsible for the hours or operations of the Pico Sports Center.
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.
