About this apartment rental
This is a true ski in/out unit on the ground floor. Ski/ride directly onto the private patio and leave your equipment where you can still see it from the window. This one-bedroom condo is located steps from the main base of Pico Mountain in Building C, featuring a full-bathroom with a tub, high-ceilings and a fully-equipped kitchen that is open to a large family room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood included). The unit has a newly upgraded bedroom set, a new smart TV with a good cable package, a new sectional couch with a full-size pullout memory foam mattress, a portable pack-n-play crib (sheets not included) and two twin air mattresses (extra blankets, linens & pillows provided).

Pico Mountain offers skiers and riders of all abilities 57 trails serviced by seven lifts, all leading back to the main base so the families with kids will never get lost. If you’re looking for the bigger mountain or when Pico is closed on Tues/Weds, Killington is only a 10 minute drive or free shuttle.

Condo Association message: The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.

If you are looking for a ski in-out location at Pico then look no further. Ideally situated just steps from the base lifts this true ski in ski out condo offers everything you can want for a great day on the mountain. Extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need while being equally inviting and spotless, you can ski in for lunch and end the day enjoying fabulous family time in front of a crackling fire. The owner was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way and we look forward to our next visit!

Great experience here. Well kept unit for a cozy long weekend stay with the family. Can’t get much closer to the mountain… zero complaints
