About this house rental
The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. Hang out in the living room together, relax in the hot tub or retreat to your bedroom to catch a show. This is a great spot for your vacation!
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• The fireplace in our home is non-operational. Please do not attempt to make any fires.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please. No one will meet you at the property.
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front and back of the house. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The location can't be beat and the property is fine. It seems like they got halfway through a renovation and need to tackle the second half (the upstairs needs some attention). But a bigger problem was the lack of basic kitchen items--no wine glasses, no salad bowl (we used the crock pot), no mixing bowls, no small bowls, no dish towels. These should be pretty easy things to address. We also had been looking forward to using the hot tub, but did not because it didn't look clean.

The place had a great location. It’s a duplex so not as private as I’d like. The place was simple but clean. It’s operated by killington resorts so they had strict rules - a noise sensing device was in the unit - kinda creepy - and strict limit on occupants. No issue with check in.
