Located just steps from the lifts at Pico Mountain, this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect getaway for your trip to the Green Mountains of Vermont.
Everything in this condo is brand new, from the furnishings to the finishes, creating a fresh and comfortable space for your mountain retreat. Two bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds — the perfect setup for children or singles.
The open living area invites you to relax and unwind by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes. The condo also features a boot-drying system, so you’ll always be ready for another day of skiing or riding.

During your stay, enjoy full access to the Pico Fitness Center and Pool. Reserve a lane for lap swimming, work out in the gym, join a spin or yoga class, or relax completely in the sauna — perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day outdoors.
The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.

Really enjoyed our stay. I loved the wood-burning fireplace. It was great and provided a cozy end to a long ski day. The proximity to the lodge cannot be beat. Same with the location to the left. Will be back.
