Nestled on a quiet knoll beside a babbling brook, this fully renovated Winter Brook retreat offers a peaceful setting close to all of Killington’s year-round adventure. The home features a beautiful new kitchen, wood floors, luxurious updated bathrooms, and stylish new furnishings.
The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with family and friends, especially around the wood-burning stove after a day on the slopes. On the main floor, one bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full bed below and twin bed above, while the second offers a queen bed; both share a remodeled full bath. Upstairs, the spacious loft features a king bed and a well-appointed primary bath with a garden tub and separate shower.
A heat-pump system provides reliable comfort year-round, keeping the home warm in winter and cool in summer. Killington Golf Course and Green Mountain National Golf Course are both just minutes away.
Please note: A caretaker resides in the lower-level apartment.

The home was very comfortable Which was needed at times while waiting for better weather to get out on the road.
The location is in the heart of routes we wanted to do and see.
Loved this place and would very much consider it for future trips.
