The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #76 is a spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo, located on the top floor of building II with sweeping views of Park City Mountain Resort. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

The well-equipped, open-concept kitchen allows you to spend time with those you love while easily preparing a meal. Gather at the dining table which offers seating for six or around the island that offers seating for three. Enjoy evenings on the cozy furnishing around the fire and reminisce about the day as you gaze directly onto the slopes through large picture windows or catch a show on the large flat-screen TV.

The main suite offers total relaxation in a sumptuous king-sized bed, remodeled en suite bathroom which includes a jetted tub and separate tiled walk-in shower, and access to the balcony through large sliding glass doors. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen-sized bed and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer a private escape. The third bedroom is an additional suite with a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom featuring a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the en suite bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops, and beautiful cabinetry. The fifth bedroom includes two comfortable twin-sized beds and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with gas grill, a gas fireplace, five TVs, a wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
